Shipping Policy & Processes:
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders may take up to 3 days to process once payments have cleared.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.
- It is your responsibility to provide a safe and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information in your order confirmation.
- We will not issue refunds for orders where the shipping service states there is no safe location to leave the package.
- OldSchoolCorals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit. FedEx is responsible during this time.
- If a package is missing, please contact FedEx customer service. We will assist with tracking, but delays are beyond our control.
- Claims for missing or damaged packages will be reviewed case by case and may take up to 3 weeks to process. Filing a claim with FedEx does not guarantee compensation or reimbursement.
Shipping Information:
- Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- We DO NOT refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Domestic Shipping & Handling:
- Shipping or local pickup are available, please contact for local pickup appointment.
- Shipping in Canada: $40 via FedEx Overnight (exceptions may apply).
Sales
- All sales are final.
- No exchanges or refunds.
- Color variations may occur due to lighting, tank conditions, and camera settings.
- We do not refund for livestock deaths that happen during or after acclimation.
