Shipping Policy & Processes:
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders may take up to 3 days to process once payments have cleared.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.
- It is your responsibility to provide a safe and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information in your order confirmation.
- We will not issue refunds for orders where the shipping service states there is no safe location to leave the package.
- OldSchoolCorals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit. Shipping services are responsible during this time.
- If a package is missing, please contact the shipping provider customer service. We will assist with tracking, but delays in shipping are beyond our control, OldsSchoolCorals is not responsible for shipping delays, this is simply out of our control, and we will choose the Quickest and most trusted shipping option at time of packing.
Shipping Information:
- Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- We DO NOT refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Shipping & Handling:
- Shipping or local pickup are available, please contact for local pickup appointment.
- Shipping in Canada: $40 via Priority Overnight (exceptions may apply).
Sales
- All sales are final.
- No exchanges or refunds.
- Color variations may occur due to lighting, tank conditions, and camera settings.
- All corals are shipped with the best practices and care possible, damages from shipping and receiving are to be taken up with the shipping service.
We do not refund for livestock deaths that happen during or after acclimation, shipping delays or any unforeseen events from shipping.
